Story
Hi I am Pete welcome to my climbing journey!
This June I am heading to my first international climbing event in Innsbruck, Austria.
Born prematurely, I was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy, but that hasn’t stopped me from breaking barriers and defying expectations. Climbing isn’t just a sport for me it’s a way to push my limits and show that anything is possible, no matter the challenges life throws at you.
Since 2017, I’ve proudly represented GB Climbing at multiple national competitions, securing 1st and 2nd podium positions.
I’m setting my goal even bigger this year by going internationally. I will complete at the IFSC World Cup in Innsbruck a chance not only to challenge myself but also to inspire others with Cerebral Palsy to believe in their own potential and not be defined by limits or society.
The road to international competition is tough, especially with the costs of travel, and accommodation. As a member of Team GB, all our expenses are self-funded, and that’s where I need your help.
Your donation will help cover these costs and give me the opportunity to represent GB, inspire others, and encourage individuals with disabilities to discover the transformative power of climbing.
Donate today and help me reach new heights, both physically and personally, while spreading a message of determination and possibility.
Thank you for your support I couldn’t do this without you!
Thanks,
Pete
