Pet Pantry Cumbernauld (SC053155) provides emergency pet food to foodbanks, libraries, comm centres, schools and other organisations in Cumbernauld. We also run a pet food bank on a Wednesday and Saturday morning from our garage on Clouden Road, Kildrum, G67 2EP (opposite the Salvation Army).

March 2025: Trustees Christine Wilkie and Sarah Hunter are doing the Glasgow Kiltwalk Big Stroll on Sunday, 27 April. Please donate to help them raise funds for our charity and make their 14 mile walk worth it!

Who are we?

We are a group of animal-loving Cumbernauld women who saw a need and wanted to help. Through our work within the community, we know that foodbanks are often asked for pet food but don’t often get it donated. We know that many people who use foodbanks are skipping meals in order to feed their pets. Pets are part of the family, and for many people their cat or dog is their only or main company. Living in financial insecurity is hard enough without worrying whether you can afford to keep your pet. Our goal is to remove that stress from pet owners and help them to feed their pets.

In order to do that, we need your help. We are raising funds to buy cat and dog food. We also welcome donations of pet food directly and we are very happy to collect that from you. Please get in touch.
