3rd update:

Hey all, of you gorgeous people out there! I am going to be closing the fundraising by the end of this month March 2026. Thank you to everyone who has contributed, I truly believe we have helped Phil more than we can all imagine. Thank you! You have all been amazing.

One of the biggest gifts is coming to visit Phil; We're keeping the fighting punk rock spirit going! You're all such an individual reflection of Phil in all of the mayhem and chaos we've all been so fortunate to have lived!

Today, I'll be purchasing a specialised electric adjustable single bed settee for Phil's comfort. We are all doing our best to keep Phil's comfort and quality of life to the maximum possible level. I've also spent some of the funds on carers for Phil and other essential equipment.

And with this post as well, I'd like to send a huge thank you to Jenny Schmidt Jen Schmidt who stepped up and gave us a huge helping hand as soon as Jen heard the news. We love you Jen!

2nd update

Hi All

Friends have advised I increase the target to focus on making Phil P.A.I.N.’s quality of life the very best it can be, surrounding him with comfort, care, and as much positivity as possible.

Although the private consultation didn’t bring the solutions we had hoped for, our determination hasn’t changed. Right now the priority is ensuring Phil is comfortable, supported, and able to focus on what matters most. I’ve arranged additional paid help so we can give him the care and support he deserves every single day.

Your kindness has been truly overwhelming. Thanks to all of you, we have raised more than enough to support Phil and make important adjustments at home that will help improve his day-to-day life. That generosity means more than words can express.

Initial Post:

A lot of you all know and love Phil P.A.I.N. love of my life, and a punk legend in his own right. Phil has spent a lifetime living his life, loving his punk extended family and playing the music close to his heart.

I am putting a shout out now as I feel we're reaching an extremely urgent and worrying stage. Phil has been battling liver cancer for over 2 years now. The NHS have ran out of options, I would like to get Phil a private consultation as soon as possible. Time is of the essence now.

Phil has had numerous painful embolisations to shrink the tumours, these treatments stopped working, Phil has since had medical treatment for his cancer, this has now stopped working as well.

Our only option now is to go private. I feel if we raise enough for an initial consultation we can take it from there.
