I’m on a mission to raise £200+ to support two fantastic local causes in Great Torrington — the Bickford Centre and Torrington RFC.

On Friday 8th May 2026 I will be taking part in the Round the Tree Race. It's a fantastic multi-terrain challenge, starting and finishing in Great Torrington town square. It is part of the town's historic Mayfair celebrations. I'll be the one dressed as the mayor with a chocolate gold chain so I'll be easy to spot!

The Bickford Centre is a cosy place open six days a week where older folks can come in, relax, and catch up with friends after a busy day in town. It’s warm, welcoming, and filled with comfy chairs. In the mornings you can enjoy a cuppa and biscuits. Various services such as chiropody and sensory help from See Hear are available.

Torrington RFC is buzzing with energy all year round, welcoming everyone from under 7s to seasoned veterans. It’s more than just a rugby club; it’s a community hub where everyone belongs.
