Pete and Viv Hannides have generously given their field, their time and support to allow PhilFest to happen for 5 years now. They are such modest and generous people and would hate me writing this!

For the first time ever a smear has been placed on PhilFest: Pete's tools have been stolen from the site. We are all heartbroken about this and want to do all we can to fix this. Whilst we can't take it away, we can let the spirit of PhilFest shine through and show that the love far out weighs the selfishness.

If you can, please donate £1, £2, £3, £4, £5 or any amount you wish (Please type the amount you would like though because it automatically goes to £10 and we certainly aren't expecting that!) The act of donating is actually far more precious than the amount. The money raised will to towards covering the cost of what has been lost. We will also use the roll over from this year.

I must add that neither Viv or Pete wanted or expected this - another example of their generous nature.
