Our 5 week old baby was admitted to hospital with a very high temperature. After numerous tests including a lumbar puncture, meningitis was suspected. As many will know, it is not nice as parents to see a new born child go through this trauma. Now back at home, we are struggling to keep him cool and due to a loss of salary because of maternity leave cannot afford to purchase an air conditioning unit.
