After reading an article on the local newspapers Facebook page about a 19 year old girl by the name of Kira Gibson that is studying at Peterborough Regional College not being able to afford to pay for multiple prescriptions a month for her inhalers, i was appalled by the responses of the public telling her to get a job and pay for it herself instead of setting up a petition for the government to make inhalers free. My wife struggles with asthma and we have to pay out every month for prescriptions for her to be able to breathe and live crazy isn't it that you have to pay to be able to breathe, luckily we are in a situation that we can afford such a "luxury" but some arent so fortunate so i would like to raise enough to pay for a 12 month prepayed prescription certificate so the young girl can study without the stress of not being able to breathe.
