My name is Philip Newbery and I am the headteacher of Sir John Lawes School, where Daniel is Head boy. I'm looking to raise £20,000 for Daniel and his brothers to initially support with funeral costs and then to support Daniel through his last 8 months of school.

Daniel's mum, Elizabeth Ononokpono has recently passed away after a long battle with illness. The money raised will support the family with expenses over the next few months, including rent, food, bills and the cost of the funeral.

Elizabeth was an amazing mum to the three boys who she nurtured, encouraged and supported to be the most excellent members of our local community.

As a school community, family is everything to us and I know we will stand up to support Daniel, David and Nathan at this very sad time.
