Story
In the aftermath of Philip's tragic death, many have expressed a desire to help Sandra in any way they can and this is an avenue to provide friends and family the opportunity for the anonymous giving of financial support to his wife Sandra.
On 6th June 2017 Philip was the victim of an apparently motiveless, brutal killing while engaged in his occupation as an electrician, working on the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Honiton, Devon.
Philip lived in Bideford, North Devon. For some he was their local friendly, reliable electrician and alarm engineer but for others he was so much more!. Philip was an elder in the local Bideford Bay congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. He was a teacher in the congregation, a loyal brother, and to many young ones a kindly uncle.
Philip worked for many years on the Regional Building Committee as a volunteer electrician being heavily involved in the Bristol and Plymouth Assembly hall projects as well as numerous other Kingdom Hall projects throughout the southwest. For many years Philip gave a day each week assisting at the Bristol Assembly hall, overseeing building and systems maintenance.
Philip and Sandra's main aim in life has always been to put kingdom interests first. Philip's secular business 'Ryan Alarms' was a means to an end, simply to provide the necessities of life. Philip worked part-time while Sandra cared for the business administration. Philip and Sandra lived and worked in the present, confident that Jehovah would provide a wonderful future for all his faithful servants. Sandra still has that confidence however in the immediate short-term she has lost her primary means of financial support.
If you feel motivated to make a small donation to assist Sandra at this time, you can be sure that it will be put to good use.

Thinking of you at this time. We didn't know Phil that well, but when we visited your congregation he was always very friendly to us and made us welcome. Sending lots of love to Sandra and family.

Sending much love to you all. He was a warm kind brother who took time to talk to all and had many memorable wise words of advice. He is greatly missed.

This donation is from our family in Ohio. My parents knew how much we loved Philip as our electrical overseer, and how much we love Sandra too. This is from them for you, Sandra, with all their love.

Our hearts are with you at this difficult time. We so long for the time that we'll be attending resurrection parties instead of funerals.. crying tears of joy instead of sadness!!xxx
