Please help us to raise money for a work colleague to set up a medical room at Shepherds house orphanage and school. The children are becoming very unwell with malaria and often have no opportunity to recieve medical treatment. Hospital bills are expensive and the staff have a daily struggle to feed and care for the 200 abandoned children. Thank you
