Hello! As you all know, I'm a researcher and a midwife and I'm currently volunteering with the Dechi trust to establish a local birth and child health centre in Gembu, Northern Nigeria. This small centre will greatly improve local women's access to safe birth care, child health care and vaccinations for their babies.

We are making a trip in April 2019 to provide some training and support the establishment of the centre. We would be super grateful for some small donations to support the trip; to help us make the most of the opportunity to open the birth centre on a sound footing; and to take some necessary kit.
