What is crowdfunding?

Story
Comn Good's St. Catherine's Challenge 5K Run/Walk will be raising money for Phoebe Nursery & Primary School in Lagos, Nigeria.
We’re hoping to raise £1,500 so that we can provide underprivileged children with a high quality education as well as free numeracy and literacy classes for adults. These lessons will transform the lives of these youngsters in particular - and any support that you can give us will make a real and lasting difference.
The teachers at Phoebe School dedicate their lives to providing these children with the best education possible but a shortage of teaching resources, under-equipped classrooms and malnutrition are all factors which are holding the school children back.
