So, my uncle has recently become homeless. He has spent the past 4 years being a stay at home Dad and a Homemaker for his family. Over those 4 years, he had no additional support, no income and no social circle. This has led him to now suffer from severe anxiety and intense episodes of depression. He has realised now that his daughter will start school next year and he needs to start focusing on himself. And building a life that they can both be proud of and happy with.
Ofcourse the system is trying to make that as difficult as possible for him; small example; Without I.D. he cant claim any money, without claiming any money he cant afford I.D.
He has just settled into a homeless shelter but doesn't want to fall into the paths that they typically set out. Everyday he is up and out early trying to better himself, I am so proud of him that I would love to be able to help him achieve his goals and reach his dreams.
Unfortunately I am a single mother and cant afford to do so.
So my aim is to hopefully raise enough money to get him a Camera. This would allow him to join photography courses, be at one with nature and eventually build up enough skills and confidence to Travel the world with his little girl.
He does his part for this planet more than anyone I know, probably because hes the only Vegan I know... but his compassion is admirable and inspiring! If we could return the favour by raising a small amount to change this mans life I know he would be beyond greatful and still continue to do his part, probably push himself further to do more. He will go on to do great things, as he is destined for it.
I just need help from you lovely kind-hearted people.
