I would like to make Pickleball more accessible to people in the Norwich community, bring them together by being active and have fun.

The aim is to find a location which can host 3 to 4 permanent outdoor Pickleball courts with a surface safe to play on all year around, the funds will be used to provide needs needed to run the outside Pickleball play sessions.

Therefore I would like to ask the people of Norwich and those within the Pickleball community for a kind donation to get the ball rolling.

The outdoor Pickleball courts will enable:

* Baby boomers to be more socially and physically active.
* People who are facing obesity to get active and fitter.
* (Grant)Parents doing activities with their (Grand)children together.
* To promote social inclusion.
* People to do something fun and active.

All could use this new facility by starting to play Pickleball, and not to forget all the existing Pickleball players can find flexibility when they would like to play.

Why PLAY Pickleball?????
Pickleball releases a lot of positive energy.
(so if you are feeling down a few games of Pickleball can get you out of the dumps again).
Pickleball is easy on the joints and it promotes cardiovascular health.
(in the USA 60% of people playing this fun activity are over 60).
Pickleball is easy to learn.
(if you always struggled with sport you might find that Pickleball is different, no stigma attached).
Pickleball is fun to play.
(there is lot of laughter and banter on the courts but watch out you might get hooked).

Every penny counts so your donation is very much appreciated, plus it would help if you could share this with your neighbours.

It the target amount is not reached, the funds collected so far will go towards a follow up crowdfunding page.
