    Story

Last May 23, 2017, Marawi crisis was born. The whole city was put on lockdown as several buildings and houses were set ablaze by members of the Maute group. Up to this date, there are several civilian victims and soldiers who have died and left wounded. This group has affected people of Marawi Philippines, all of ages from the children to the eldest local community member and even the soldiers in Mindanao a major nightmare.

In line with this, we’re looking forward to have Sponsors for our Humanitarian Crisis Relief Development and Rehabilitation Project “#BawiMarawi” in Filipino meaning, "Stand up and Recover City of Marawi". We’re aiming to support the “Bakwits” (Evacuees ), the Children, Youth, Women, Elderly, Families and even Soldiers who tried to fight their fear bravely in this battle. We’ll be distributing Food packs, Sacks of Rice, Ready to eat meals, Energy drinks, Water, Sweets/Chocolates (as booster), Hygiene kits, Medicines, clothes and sleeping mats. More over, we are planning to help rehabilitate and restore the lives of each affected child to bring back Marawi to its usual state. Children and youth lost their schools and homes, this have left timeless wounds in their hearts and minds of which PinoyWish Foundation would like to rehabilitate. Parents lost their jobs to sustain their families and live like they usually do. We're aiming to have projects for Critical Incident Stress Debriefing and Management and providing them homes where they can start a new life, livelihood programs to help them sustain their needs and send the children back to school again so they can recover from this traumatic incidence. This is where we need you the most. We're now knocking into your kind hearts to help us reach our goal.

Our Foundation could not do it alone and we need all your support in the implementation of this project. In these trying times, we need to join forces so that together, we can help alleviate the plight of the Marawi victims. Our efforts to help them survive and fight this crisis can’t take effect unless we have the support of everyone worldwide.

PinoyWish Foundation’s mission is to Change the Life of every Filipino who lost HOPE. And through us with your help, we can create better lives and see equal value in every Filipino. Please feel free also to check out our website http://pinoywish.org/ for other details. Thank you in advance for your support. May the good Lord continue to shower you with more blessings.
