I work with a small charity in Greece and we help find homes for the stray pups and junior dogs. We've found over 25 loving homes in the last 6 month's despite constant problems that we are faced with in Greece. On my recent trip, our dogs got removed from a shelter and taken to an area of wasteland, 3 dogs went missing and we were told there was a new place planned for the pups. We visited this place and it was awful. We had some good news last night in that we've been offered some land by a friend of one of our volunteers for the dogs, we're now looking to build a new safe, clean shelter with temporary dog areas so if we have to move again, we can easily take everything to a new place.
