Hi there!
I’m taking part in the Cotswold Way Ultra Challenge in June 2026 to raise money for a fantastic organisation: Every Cloud Play and Creative Arts Therapy. Could you help me make a difference to children and young people in Gloucestershire?
About the challenge
My name is Pippa Child and I am a Family Support Worker in the fostering service at Gloucestershire County Council. On Saturday 13 June, my son and I are walking 100km over challenging terrain to raise money for Every Cloud. We are aiming to complete the course in less than 20 hours and are training hard at the moment to be able to conquer the serious inclines on the route!
About Every Cloud
Every penny raised will go to support the work of Every Cloud Play and Creative Arts Therapy CIC.
Every Cloud is a community interest company based in Cheltenham dedicated to supporting the mental health of children and young people through Play and Creative Arts Therapy. This therapy is person-centred and delivered by registered professionals who create a safe, welcoming space for kids aged 3 to 17 to explore their feelings and work through tough experiences.
The creative arts room especially helps young people aged 11+ express themselves in ways words sometimes can’t capture — through art, crafts, and play. Every Cloud receives referrals for many challenges including trauma, family breakdowns, abuse, bereavement, domestic violence, illness, and neurodiversity-related difficulties.
The biggest hurdle? Financial barriers that prevent many families from accessing this vital support. That’s why your help matters so much — your donation will enable Every Cloud to reach more families at a lower cost and keep this essential service running strong right here in Gloucestershire.
