Jack, aged 5, used his pocket money at the beginning of April to sign up to a 50 mile bike ride challenge and has asked to raise money the NHS.

Jack, with the support of mummy and Jasper (3), has so far covered 49 miles during his hours exercise per day, and has upped the target to 100 miles.
