Story
This is an emergency food aid appeal for the mentally challenged and disabled homeless adults and children in Pirojpur, a small district town in Bangladesh. These groups of people are the most vulnerable group in society amidst this COVID-19 crisis and are among the people who are severely affected. Before this crisis, they somehow used to manage food from local restaurants or shops, which are now closed following the government’s precautionary instructions.
We aim to provide emergency food supplies to these people, including the local street dogs. This initiative is taken by Pirojpur Youth Society (PYS) and later joined by Chowdhury Foundation.
We are respectfully inviting you to donate and support our noble cause. We appreciate any contribution starting from 10 pounds. Your donation will directly go to these affected people who have no one to stand by them.
The COVID-19 pandemic has shaken the whole world. The only way we can withstand this is to invoke humanity and stand by each other. Thanks to technology and crowdfunding options, we can stand together with those in need, hand on hand virtually.
Act now!
Every help will save lives.
Thank you
