We lost our lovely Poppy this year and I wanted to do something in her memory. It's sad that not all dogs and animals are lucky enough to have a caring and loving home from birth and for life but the lovely people at Glenrick Roost are trying to change that for the animals they care for.

Currently in their care they have 14 special needs dogs, who are disabled or blind. But it doesn't stop there! They also have over 160 other animals including horses, cows, goats, pigs, donkeys, snakes, rabbits, turtles, snakes, gerbils, guinea pigs, chinchillas, chickens and even a hedgehog!

Running for Paws

All these animals have a home for life which means the centre needs cash! I plan to 'crowdfund' by running the Stirling Half Marathon (April) and the Great Scottish Run Half Marathon (September).

Pizza for Paws

I'll also be holding a Pizza for Paws night. Homemade wood fired oven pizzas available to buy direct from me so you can put the oven gloves away for a night and have some pizza delivered to you door (local only) or you can pick it up if you reeeallly want some pizza!
