Only one month to go now until Pete Davison, Dave Garlick and Tony Crawford attempt cycling Lands End to John O'Groats in nine days, that's an average of 100 miles per day.

We are not as young as we used to be when we last did these mad things, so it's going to be tough!

But, it's all for a good cause, to raise funds for Mano y Mano, a young peoples and families project run by Dave and his wife Ana in Ecuador. They are wanting to finish building some classrooms to enhance the learning ability of the children who attend the project.

I know lots of people are doing great things for great causes but if you would like to support us we would really appreciate it, as would the children at Mano y Mano.

Most of all I hope you will follow our journey and cheer us on. We're going to need it!!
