Every year we get a room full of people together, hand out some football shirts and raise money for a cause that genuinely matters.

This year we are playing for When You Wish Upon a Star, a Nottingham-based charity that grants wishes for children living with life-threatening illnesses. A wish is a deeply personal thing, designed around the child's own dreams and interests, created in partnership with their family to make sure it means something real.

We are hosting a 6-a-side charity football tournament on Friday 24th July at Carlton Football Centre, Nottingham. Every penny raised goes directly towards funding one child's wish in full.

If you cannot make it on the day but want to support the cause, any donation is hugely appreciated and goes straight to When You Wish Upon a Star.
