    Story

My children's school is constantly fundraising - from buying books to building / repairing playgrounds. Its quite shocking how little funds they receive from the government.

Anyway, this time we have been asked to 'grow a pound' to raise funds for playground improvements. This involves each child receiving a pound & coming up with clever ideas to make it grow & return the profits. All profits will go to playground improvements, including building a new climbing frame.

Amelie, Jonah & I have decided to do some cake making over the next few weeks. Rather than try & sell them in the playground with every other parent, I was hoping to bring the cakes into work. There are probably many more worthy charities to support, but if you already buy a treat from the vending machine please buy your afternoon treat from me instead.

If you don't have any spare change you can donate through this site. Thanks in advance.
