very recently and with deep regret and sadness a work colleague took his own life battling depression. He was a brilliant guy and always smiled and took time out to talk and have a laugh. Clearly undeneath the surface was a problem that was building and building until it was too much for him. Nobody should suffer alone, in silence or without any help or support. he sadly left behind two beautiful children who love him dearly. We need to be aware of how people are feeling, take 5 mins out of your day to make sure people are ok and to know they are not alone. Nothing will bring back the childrens father, they will have nothing but good memories and happy thoughts of their dad. I am raising money for them as a way of them remembering their dad and to also put the proceeds into their child trust funds to help them have a good start in life. I know i wouldnt want this to happen to my own children let alone somebody elses, so please anything you can donate please please do. it will be greatly appreciates by all concerned and involved.
