Free meals for Homerton Hospital staff.

Hello to you all, from our homes to yours.

We are a small group of East London artists, designers, chefs and friends, who have founded +HOME to support our local Homerton Hospital. We deliver nutritious and fresh food to the staff most exposed to the effects of the current crisis, most in need of good food and moral support.

Cooked by volunteer chefs with super healthy ingredients, we are distributing 100 meals at the end of a long day’s shift, warm and ready to eat. We made our first delivery last week and hope to build this up to 5 days a week. The staff are so grateful. They have asked if we can deliver regularly and we hope you can help us make this happen.

Everybody involved is giving their time for free, but in order to cover costs of excellent, nutritious produce we are asking for your support. A single meal costs £3 to make and package – please consider supporting us with your donation to get fresh, healthy food to our wonderful NHS staff safely.

Supporting us with £15 will feed 5 staff, £30 will feed 10 staff. If you can give more – it’ll make even more NHS staff feel better at the end of their long shift.

During the pilot, one young nurse said “You just made the end of my day so much better. I can go home now and sleep, no need to stand in line and go shopping.”

Every meal delivered is a way to say ‘Thank You’ and give them a boost. Every bit helps.
