Story
Hello I am going to get my hair chopped off in order to raise money for my amazing warrior of a friend Laura. This is to help her with the spiralling costs of consultations, supplements & cancer busting nutrition - its a very quick & easy thing I can do which I hope will make you all delve deep into your pockets and help me raise £1k.
This will be taking place on Friday 13th October 17 (unlucky for my hair :) ) at Hair Brighton https://www.brightonmarina.co.uk/services/hair-unisex-hair-salon where the lovely Mark will do the honours!
Some more information on Laura and her fight!
'Laura has recently been diagnosed with breast cancer that has also spread to her lymph glands and spine. She will soon get treatment to stabilise her spine which fractured due to the cancer there. They will then concentrate on further cancer care with conventional treatments.
From our research we know that there are also many wonderful progressive, complimentary treatments and alternative therapies that can be done in the UK or abroad that are very effective in treating cancers such as this. These options however cost a lot. Basic dietary changes, organic veg, specialist consultations, prescribed herbs and supplements all cost lots as well. Laura is a self employed single mum.
Contributions will be used for specialist consultations, ongoing herbs and supplements, recommended and professional treatments and to support her diet and juicing protocols.
