I've wanted to do a skydive for charity for many years and I can't think of any better charity to do it for than Mind. For the past few years I've struggled with mental health issues. Its crazy to think, but 1 in 4 people in the UK will go through the same struggle that I went through. When I first became unwell I had no idea what was going on, and at the time mental health was extremely stigmatised. It was a confusing, troubling time for me. Luckily, I was able to find help from a truly inspirational psychiatrist🐝, together with the support of friends and family.

Unfortunately, mental illness is still extremely misunderstood due to a lack of knowledge. However, MIND is an incredible charity, which offers advice and information to those suffering and in need. MIND also tries to raise public awareness and help people understand more about mental illness. I'd be very grateful for your support.
