My best friend sophie and her partner jay were over joyed to find out they were expecting another baby. At 20 weeks they found out they were having a baby girl and names her poppy-rae. At 23 weeks sophies waters broke. From that point on sophie was in and out of hospital with endless complications. On the 14th July 2018 sophie was rushed in to hospital for an emergency c.section. At 15.57 poppy-rae was born weighing in at 3lb 3oz. Poppy lived for a short 2 days and passed away on the 16th July 2018 which was her older twin sister's 4th birthdays. I would to reach out to the public to ask for help towards a beautiful head stone and decor for poppys grave and help towards the cost of the funeral. Please please please can you dig deep into your pockets to give poppys older sister's and brother somewhere beautiful to visit. Thankyou
