Story
My goal is to raise £45,000 to help fund my Mum for the treatment HSCT (haematopoietic stem cell transplant) for her Multiple Sclerosis disease... She is not eligible to receive the treatment in UK. My Mum has been offered treatment by a specialist clinic in Mexico. It will cost£44,000 which covers her chemotherapy, her adult stem cell transplant, medicines and accommodation for her and my Grandmum for 30 days - the duration of the treatment. When my Mum returns to the UK after the stem cell transplant she will need 12 months bi-monthly chemotheraphy maintenance treatments which we hope the NHS will fund.
To-date HSCT is the ONLY scientifically proven treatment that STOPS underlying disease progression in most MS sufferers, with a 85% success rate!
I would be so, so, so grateful if we can finally cure my mum of this horrible disease... Thank you for donating☺

8 years agoHello Supporters, Mum has spent a short period of time in hospital and had to take a lot of time off work last week, but, she is slowly returning to better state. Thank you to everyone who has been supporting us through this hard week and to everyone who has been contributing to our fund.
