Iʼve raised £4,255 to help those residents of Poringland whose homes have been affected by the fire on the 19th July 2022.

On 19th July 2022 a fire broke out on a field that resulted in some residents losing their homes and gardens. The outpouring of support from residents, local businesses want to donate money to the parish council to help these people has been overwhelming. As a result Poringland Parish Council have set up a JustGiving page for this purpose.

2 years agoThank you all for the very generous donations that have already been received. We are please to say that the funds that have been raised so far via offline donations now stands at £3269.70. This amount is largely made from the original Just Giving page set up by Rebecca who wanted to help the residents. Many thanks is given to Rebecca for her support. The extraordinary support to help those that have been affected by the fires has been overwhelming and so appreciated.
