Our island nation is dependent on the maritime sector, this is driven by the hardworking people both at sea and onshore.

Over a period of six weeks starting the 10th July I will be walking from port to port around the Isle of Man totalling approximately 60 miles. Each weekend will be a different leg heading from the previously achieved port to the next using public roads.

Along the way I will aim to post not only updates on my progress but informational ‘tid bits’ regarding the relevant ports.

The 3 charities which funds will be distributed amongst will be, King Georges Fund for Sailors (KGFS Isle of Man), RNLI, The Seafarers Charity & ISWAN.
