Story

Potty Eco Pots (PEP) is having Acorn build a large collection unit for St. Brelade, to be located at the Les Creux Recycling area near La Moye.

PEP is the environmental initiative that enables people to drop off old plant pots, that they no longer need, to a collection point where others can pick them up to use, all free of charge, saving the pots from the incinerator.

Rather than the £300 cost coming out of the donations that PEP have received, this fundraiser has been started so that we can pay for it ourselves.

Potty Eco Pots was mentioned in this month's issue of Gardeners World so let's hope that this amazing environmental concept takes off in the UK too!

Although this plant pot unit will be in the west of the island, people from all parishes are welcome to use it.

Please give generously. Thanks you.
