Story
Sponsor Dave Pritchard, his family and friends, as they and their dogs go on a 20 mile walk/run, to raise much needed funds for Pozega Dogs.
The walk takes place on 16 July 2017 and will take in local spots in West Yorkshire such as Pugneys, Sandal castle, Newmillerdam, Woolley, Seckar Woods, Chapelthorpe, Crigglestone and Great Cliff.
Pozega Dogs is a charity close to their hearts, as that is where their lovely dog Molly is from. Molly came to the UK as a very underweight, nervous little girl but has transformed into a lively bundle of joy. We want to make sure others have the same opportunity.
In Serbia the dogs are dragged off the street and thrown into a local pound known as the concentration camp.
Unlike our pounds in the UK, the dogs in Serbia suffer terrible abuse, neglect and starvation. Often being left to starve to death in horrendous 'cells'.
Pozega Dogs can be found on Facebook.
