Prehab2Rehab Scotland is a registered Scottish charity providing specialist cancer prehabilitation and rehabilitation support for people living with and beyond cancer.

A cancer diagnosis affects far more than the body. Many people experience physical deconditioning, fatigue, anxiety, loss of confidence, and a lack of support once treatment begins — or ends. Too often, this support simply isn’t available through statutory services.

Your donation helps us provide:

Personalised prehabilitation care and support

Nutrition, physical and health coaching

Emotional wellbeing and stress‑management support

Rehabilitation groups and peer support for people navigating the recovery of cancer treatment together

We work closely with NHS clinicians, including referrals from the Beatson Cancer Centre, to deliver wrap‑around care that helps people feel stronger, more confident, and better able to cope with treatment and recovery.

Every pound raised goes directly towards supporting people and family affected by cancer — helping them rebuild strength, independence, and quality of life when they need it most.
