On Sunday 12th January 2025 our Princess warrior Kiera gained her angel wings aged 14. Kiera was one of a kind who broke every rule in the book! She overcome so many obstacles throughout her life and fought so hard. Kiera was a very complex little girl due to her diagnosis of cerebral palsy & dystonia. Kiera was non verbal, visually impaired, peg fed & required suctioning. She was a frequent visitor in hospital with UTI's & chest infections. But no matter what life threw at her Kiera fought every time with such determination and shocked doctors many, many times! Even with everything she faced on a daily bases Kiera was a happy little girl. She loved her Disney movies, listening to Disney songs, having her hair done, her nails painted, watching her sensory lights & spending time with her loving family. Kiera definitely got her strength & determination from her mom Michele who fought hard for Kiera throughout her life, devoting her life to looking after her. Alongside her 2 brothers & her sister who helped care for her day to day. Kiera was daddy's princess & loved nothing more than having kisses & cuddles sat on his lap.

As you can imagine the family are devastated by the loss of Kiera, their whole world & purpose in life has gone. They are trying to navigate things day to day and process this shock. They want to give Kiera the most beautiful send off which she deserves, a day fit for a princess. They would like a Princess Carriage and Horses to take Kiera on her final journey. But as we know these things don't come cheap. I have known Michele, Kiera & the family for the past 12 years & they have always done the best for Kiera without any help. I have set up this JustGiving page to ask for help so they don't have to worry financially & can give Kiera her Princess Funeral.
