Story

How would you live on £20 per month..? Pretty hard to fathom here in the UK but when a 21 year old reaches out to you for help and begs you to give him the time of day just to hear him out what would you do..?

Well, when Propalz (Progress) Chijioke reached out to me, I thought another scam? Someone faking their situation? Well after running my own businesses for 10 years and being in the marketing industry for 20 years. I know how to research people and find out if they're B.S.'ing me.

He explained how he had 5 siblings, father had died, his mother couldn't cope and he was the main earner in the household at £20 per month.

I pushed back and eventually came to the conclusion after speaking to some people I knew here in the UK about life in Nigeria, they confirmed my suspicions but also agreed with my process of elimination and reasoning to support "Progress".

My goal is to raise £1000. To help "Progress" start a business in Kano, In Nigeria. Selling donated and second hand clothes. My aim is to help educate him (So I will also be sending him books to read) on what it's like being a Business Owner and generating your own income and creating your own future. Without having to be held hostage by his poor circumstances, corrupt government in Nigeria and the limited Opportunities his country offers him and its people.

With the money raised I will send clothes donated by friends and family by air freight so he can begin the process of selling them and making more money. And eventually fulfill his dream of traveling to the UK and USA to experience life outside of Nigeria.

I welcome your support and donations and if you have any questions please get in contact with me to help support this worthy cause to support another human asking for help.

Please donate where you can in amounts of £10, £20 and £50+
