Education has evolved and Africans (to be precise Ghanaians and Nigerians) are tired of being tired. It is clear that education is the key as the youth will need to be critical, creative and innovative in their thinking. In order for change to happen teachers will need to be retrained or trained in a way that will enable them to teach children how to think and learn so that they can face the challenges of the 21st century.
