I've raised £1000 to Project Stay True Help raise money to buy new divisibility Aids .

Hi there all . I have never used this site before . We are calling this Project stay true .
I am trying to raise funds on behalf of my beloved partner .
The following text is in the words of my partner his self .
..PROJECT STAY TRUE. .
Disability Access funding.
Accessing life is often taken for granted.
I face many barriers in my day to day life.
I have physical and mental health needs that leave me more dependent on others that I would like.
I currently require 24/7 care.
I am a 24/7 seizure risk.
This can involve onset paralysis and/or amnesia.
I have PTSD.
This can involve severe anxiety(panic attacks, flashbacks,dissociation,and/or seizures).
I have severe ME(since 18 and im now 35).
I have a damaged nervous system that has to completely relearn how to move and function due to being bedbound long-term.
I have severe hypermobility.
I have severe muscular atrophy (wastage).
I have severe Fibromyalgia(since 18 years old).
I have severe sciatica.
I have severe Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. Most commonly effecting my legs and feet.
I have severe POTS.
I have severe Depression.
*All of the above have been diagnosed.I have likely missed some out due to the shere complex and extensive nature that exists within that known as my body.
I am on a journey of ownership of self.
A journey to STAY TRUE.
Thus Project Stay True was born.
A project to kick down physical barriers stopping me from accessing a greater quality of life.
I can't access medical services.
I can't access the support i need.
I need my outside to meet my inside.
I can't access my whole house.
I have to be lifted in a partly dismantled wheelchair to get out of my front door.
A wheelchair that does not meet my physical needs.
A wheelchair that has to be pushed by my also disabled partner. As an ongoing concern this ia not viable.
I am not my medical conditions but in this environment it massively impacts me being me.Help me STAY TRUE.
In order to embrace independence it has been recommended that I require-
A new wheelchair(that can recline to a lying position to make me safe during seizures)
An all-terrain scooter.
Ramp access to the front door and back doors of the property.
Ramp access to get into the gate via the backyard.
A gate suitable for a wheelchair and that I can open.
A kitchen work surface or workstation that is lower in order for me to access it sitting in my wheelchair.
Handrails.
Bathroom mobility aids.
Physio/Fitness equipment.
There is more but you get the picture.
I do not have the means to buy any of the equipment I need.
However,
I have been facing this challenge head on.
This is a way of me taking control of my life.
I will continue to STAY TRUE because that is where strength lies.
