Story

If you aren't already aware of Project: WILD, let me introduce us;

We are a group of students and graduates from various universities across the United Kingdom working to promote conservation and awareness for unusual and often underrepresented wildlife and habitats. Our primary way of acheiveing this goal is by producing short films for platforms such as YouTube to reach our desired audience - children of all ages.

Season 1 was a great success. After raising the money required we proceeded to film over 30 episodes here in the UK looking at some of the rarest and most exciting wildlife we have. At the moment that series is in post production with an expected release late this year (2017).

In the meantime we are heading to Portugal in order to film the second series! Their are four of us going; myself as presenter and director, Andrew Firth as audio tech and B-cam, Raynor Bloom as director of photography and A-cam and last but not least Katherine Johnston as photographer and B-cam.

Each of us have put forward at least £500 of our own money totalling over £2000 already. However, in order for us to truely make the most of the trip and film as many of the species present as possible we need to bring this total up above £3000. Thus we require your help.

Everybody who donates at least £5 will be entered into a prize draw to have the chance of winning one of several prizes. We have yet to decide exactly what these prizes will be but I can assure you they will be excellent and worth the donation (if helping out the project isn't motivation enough!). In order to be included in the draw please ensure you do not donate anonymously!

Thank you for your kindness and generosity!
