This crowdfunder is for a charity in the beautiful state of Bahia, well known for its amazing beaches and lush green plant life... But away from its natural beauty, unfortunately lies a heap of heart breaking stories of children struggling to find their way in life, being forced into gangs, thievery, and many forms of abuse.
The good thing is, for most of these stories it's still not too late for a happy ending. This is where your contribution can really help.
A charity foundation called Promart is operating within the Bahia state to help such kids in need.
They have formed from volunteers from local church groups, teachers, and activists, all trying to create a better future for the younger generation.
They organise School Tutoring (maths, english, history, etc.), Music lessons, Pedagogical and Psychological support, as well as social care and much much more... However as their funding depends totally on donations, there are beginning to struggle.
£1 is equal to about 4.5 Brazilian Real. This can buy some stationery, milk, or juice. For £10 they can buy a lot more... Like books or other teaching accessories.
The more we give, the more kids will the Foundation be able to support, so do not hesitate, and please make a pledge.
