The present Government was elected on a manifesto to remove Britain from the jurisdiction of the EU, the repatriation of border control to prevent large scale immigration and to bring British sovereignty to the state it was in before joining the EC.

As Prime Minister, she has loaded her Cabinet with a preponderance of MPs who wish to stay in the EU thereby causing an opportunity to delay or negate 'Brexit' at every opportunity.

She then allowed the EU to set the agenda for negotiations in which they refused to start negotiations before several pre-conditions were met contrary to the wording of Article 50, TFEU.

Since that point, she has allowed the erosion of several so-called 'red lines' to the point where they are meaningless.

Most of all, it has come to light that she flew to Berlin on the eve of the 'Chequers' meeting to decide Government policy and conspired with or sought approval from Chancellor Merkel to prepare the wording of British negotiating policy.

She did so without consulting the Secretary for leaving the EU, David Davis who was in the process of drawing up a white paper on the subject. causing his resignation as a 'betrayal to the British People'.

At the Chequers meeting, it is reported that she refused any abrogation of her version of the British negotiating position as 'it had been approved by Mrs. Merkel'.

In her treason, she has neutered the rights of the British People to have self determination which are contrary to various Treason Acts and the British Bill of Rights:1685 and in doing so, has given succour and advantage to an institution that is contrary to the wishes of the United Kingdom.
