Story

Bill Potter, Cumbrian hill farmer and Fell Pony breeder (Greenholme Stud) will have his annual shave and haircut, and would like to help raise funds for the Fell Pony Heritage Trust to support them in promoting and protecting the Hill-Bred Fell Pony.

Sadly Bill and his family, who have bred Fell ponies for a long time, will have to disperse most of their famous stud this summer. It will be a huge loss to the breed and to the hill farmers herds of semi-feral ponies. We would like to raise funds to help towards buying some land to enable the hill bred Fell ponies to continue.
