Weʼre raising £5,000 to Help provide for the reptiles in our care during the COVID-19 crisis.

What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered nonprofit.

The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.

Sadly, due to the current situation with COVID-19, for your safety, and the welfare of our team, we have had to make the difficult decision to close our re-homing centre at this time. Our already small team has already been affected, as our students and volunteers are now self-isolating. We simply cannot work from home, and as the welfare of our animals is paramount; we must ensure that we remain safe and healthy so that we can continue to provide for their integral care.

As our hard working team continues to care for our many rescued animals, closing will have an enormous impact on our income streams, and with so many bills to pay such as our HUGE electricity bill (with all of our animals needing heat and light), large amounts of different foods, medicines/veterinary bills, and utilities such as water rates/electricity, as well as rent. These costs continue to add up.

As a charity, unfortunately receiving no outside funding, we completely rely on funds raised from reptile boarding, our small adoption fee, and kind donations. While we must remain closed, being unable to provide these services will have a massive impact on us.

Although we are closed, we are still here to offer advice and chat about our animals currently waiting for new homes. This time in isolation may be the perfect opportunity to do some research and get your setups ready for when we are able to re-home to you. We’ll be posting pictures and videos of these animals on our Facebook page and website over the coming weeks.

If you are able to support us in any way with the ongoing costs of our animal care, please donate here. If you wish to support us through the donation of other items such as heat bulbs, lighting, or food for out animals, please call or email us directly (Amy at: 01902 218005 /

Thank you for your ongoing support at this uncertain time.

Thank you to everyone who has donated to our page so far. Reptiles are often overlooked as animals that need help and so its very reassuring that people have kindly donated. Often people forget that reptiles still need a lot of care, vet treatment and as much attention as any other animal. Not only have we had people donate to this page but we have also had food donated for the reptiles. This is a MASSIVE help as it reduces our monthly food bill. In just one month we can spend over £620 on food alone before anything else. Thank you all..

Too many uneducated people owning reptiles and leaving them to suffer because of non educated care. I have taken a few In and would like to help in anyway I can.
