Our team of Personal Trainers are having the tables turned on them. For a recommended £10 donation, you will be able to ‘buy’ a 10 minute slot, where you can make a trainer do any exercise, activity, eating challenge you like. Get creative, but keep it legal please 🙏 🤣

We have 50 slots to buy, please list the trainers Name (Stefan, Martyn or Verity) and what you would like them to do.

We’re raising £500 for 2 pop up dugouts for an U7’s Football team that I help coach.

With the weather closing in and us using local park facilities, we would love to be able to provide some shelter to the youngsters when they aren’t on the pitch. These will then be passed down through the age groups over the years.
