    Story

Phil Thomas School of Boxing has been training young people from the Middlesbrough area in the noble art for almost 40 years. We have been responsible for the nurturing and development of a number of home grown champions as well as teaching generations of young people the basics of a sport that provides fitness and self discipline. The club has recently moved to a building in one of the oldest parts of Middlesbrough and we have been working hard to bring it up to the required standard.

Phil Thomas Boxing is one of the oldest standing sporting clubs in our area and is run by 7 dedicated volunteers. We provide a safe and secure environment to keep kids off the streets, teach discipline and give them something that they enjoy.
