I've raised £3000 to Raising money for our beautiful pug Purple. She will be undergoing a Surgical treatment for her breathing. More info www.theveterinaryex.com

We have a beautiful pug name Purple we have had her since 8Weeks old and has now been in our lives for 3years. She is our world doubt her big brother chochi agrees(Chochi is our 4year old cat). Since start of 2017 her breathing has started to become heavier and walks become shorter. This is very sad because purple is a dog full of energy only wanting kisses and hugs of everybody and wanting to live a normal doggy life. People will ask why didn't you go through insurance!,
I have always loved the pug breed and researched the breeds common health problems. 1. Eyes 2.Face & Muzzle 3.Back legs etc.. We knew these complications could occur but every dog deserves a home and love, Purple was that Dog.
I had taken out Insurance in 2015 when purple came into our lives. Me being an honest person and getting on very well with the agent. Explained that pugs do have certain complication due to the breed and in future she may need to under go surgery. However the agent at the time assumed Purple has been born with complications, I like to think my wording may have been misleading and confused the agent. Three years later after paying a fee of £47PM for purple I made a claim only for it to return to explain Purple was exempt from Nasal & Throat cover but was covered for everything else. Its quite a sad story because after paying so much money and making complaints nothing had been done apart from the same explanation over and over again.
This is why purple needs your help to raise £3,000 towards her surgery at Royal Veterinary College to be able to live life as a dog and not a prisoner in her own body.
