£90raised of £2,500 target by 3 supporters

Weʼve raised £90 to help refugees

Funded on Saturday, 24th November 2018

    What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered nonprofit.

The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.

Over the next financial year the PwC Muslim Network will be providing support to refugees living in the UK & across the world as well as the homeless.

Although this encompasses emergency relief in war-torn countries, we will also be supporting a number of charities who support refugees living and working in the UK. How can we as PwC staff help others who want to come into the UK workforce, who want to adapt to the UK culture, who would like mentoring opportunities to help them succeed?

We've also seen a rise in the number of homeless people in our local areas. What sustainable solutions can we provide & implement that will help?

We'll be announcing our plans soon but in the meanwhile let's start fundraising!

This page will cover funds as part of the trip being organised to Calais in March where we will cook for refugees & distribute vital supplies.
