Hi everyone! We are the Queen Margaret University Sapphires Cheerleading Team and this year we need your help! We have 6 teams this year including our recreational team, competition team, level 1,2 and 3 stunt teams and our brand new pom team. Anyone who knows cheerleading will know it is an expensive sport and our aim is to make this team inclusive and open to all despite expenses, making fundraising a big part of our year. Being part of the QMU Sapphires is being part of our big family and we want everyone to feel welcomed and able to take part!

For our first fundraiser, we are taking on the 7 hills of Edinburgh! This is a walk that takes place over 14.3 miles or 27.2km and includes hiking 7 of Edinburghs peaks. Our committe will take on this challenge on Tuesday 24th September in order to get our funds up in time to welcome our returners and freshers back!
