My friend is disabled and as never been able to known the enjoyment or freedom cycling can give a person. After she tried hand cycling 6 weeks ago she was hooked. She now attends several charities where she is able to use a hand cycle but this is fixed time and places. This lady has help me in more ways than I can count and saved my life. I hope this is my one way to repay her kindness not only to me but to all her friends and family. I have manage to find a 2nd hand cycle for her which is £1500, (these cycles are over £5000 new) the shop will hold it for a month (30th September 2017) with my deposit.

On the 10th September I am doing a 15 mile walk . Although I have never used a hand cycle on the17th September I am doing a 10 mile hand cycle (eek!!)
