Story

I'm taking on the Glasgow Kiltwalk in April to raise funds for Inspire Highland, since the walk is the week after my birthday, I'm asking for donations in place of a card this year ❤️

Inspire Highland is a supported by Inspiring Young Voices, a Scottish Charity working across the Highlands. Until very recently, we were known as Highland Children & Young People’s Forum (HCYPF).

Inspiring Young Voices enables children and young people with additional support needs/disabilities to take control of their lives by promoting their rights, participation and empowering them to have a greater say in decisions that affect their lives.

Inspire Highland is a creative, dynamic project led, owned and shaped by young people to promote the rights, participation and inclusion of young people up to the age of 25 who are facing challenges in their lives.

Inspire Highland in the words of our young people:

"We are Inspire Highland, a group of Highland young people with diverse experiences and disabilities. We come together to inspire young people to speak out and move forward.

We are a unique, friendly group and we can all be open and speak about any issues affecting us. We try to come up with solutions and resolve issues.

This is a place that gives us freedom to express ourselves and not be judged.

Inspire Highland is a good place to meet new people and share our experiences."
